In addition to her brand new Portfolio on theispot.com,
Karen Greenberg’s work can be found in some very cool and unusual places these days.
"IdeaFried studio in Taiwan recently invited me to be in their second design publication 'Creators Based In New York'. The book focuses on a small, select group of designers, illustrators, art directors, graffitti artists, and photographers, including Stefan Sagmeister, Carin Goldberg, Mirko Illic, Jeff Moores and Tom Nick Cocotos. The two spreads, while in chinese ( which sadly I do not speak) are quite exciting!"

Karen’s work can be seen in the Showcase section of the current issue of 3x3 Magazine / Issue Number Ten. She also recently signed on with Art Liaison in Japan, for representation there.

“I just completed the second in the series ‘The Jewish Princess Cookbook’. Commissioned by Quadrille Publishing in London, the "Princess" character, or as we like to call her "The JP" was born and has taken London my storm, selling out from Harrods to Marks & Spencer!”

“Both books are fully illustrated, and loaded with recipes and anecdotes for everything a girl needs to know about Jewish cooking. Future plans for the JP include more books, retail products and perhaps her own TV show…”

“And I'm working with Gensler (the architecture firm) on a retail project in Kansas City, with the intention that there will be several others to follow. It’s meant to have that hip, Soho, cool, feel….”

“They were looking for a practical way to simulate a Venetian plaster look. They found my site, liked my backgrounds, and voila… they will be outputting the art as wallpaper, and collaging different shapes of them together.”
