Illustrator Grace Lin and her husband, Robert Mercer, founded Robert's Snow: for Cancer's Cure auction in 2004 which has raised more than $200,000 for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This past August, Robert lost his fight against sarcoma; he leaves behind the legacy of this very worthy cause that is powered each year by the generosity of the participating artists.
