Ivor Heyman from Mediate-Facilitate (non-profit) calls Dec.19,
2005 w/an illustration need of perhaps 2-3 illustrations and of
course a very small budget.  He sends copy to work from, even w/
suggestions of concepts.   W/sketches submitted he asks for my
patience in order to investigate a larger budget. No further contact
brings me to Feb 6, 2006 where I send the invoice for the sketches
done. With this much time and still no contact it is best to settle up
and resume when he has the information he needs.  Confirming
my suspicions, he claims now there was never a go on the
sketches and he is not liable to pay.  I did smell him coming but
thought to reassure anyone who may be contacted by him that yes,
what you are feeling is correct and just hang up the phone.
